Welcome to the part of the page where I present my personal projects. Some were handled just by me, some were done with an amazing team. From organizing a student conference, and making handmade candles to creating social media content and collaborating with one of the biggest companies in Europe.

PROJECTS DONE IN MY FREE TIME
EVENT MANAGEMENT - PUBLIC RELATIONS - LEADERSHIP SKILLS
Gymnázium Omská Model United Nations was the first big project I was part of. GOMUN is an international conference for high school and university students. Every year, passionate students come together to debate important political, social, and ecological matters. After being a part of the organization team for multiple years, in 2021 I became the main organizer and head of PR and HR. I was responsible for managing my PR team, social media, and press and co-organizing the whole conference which had over 150 attendees. The accomplishment in this role I am the most proud of to this day was successfully inviting General Petr Pavel as a guest speaker at the conference. Two years later he became the current president of the Czech Republic.
ORGANIZATION SKILLS - BRANDING - SOCIAL MEDIA
During the COVID pandemic, I was 17 to 18 years old, and like a lot of people my age, I could not go to school, and I lost my part-time waitress job. That’s when I started my first small business called Anna Candles. Original name, right? I started making soy candles in our family kitchen and sold them through Instagram. The success was bigger than I thought, and I sold over 100 candles in a few weeks. After the pandemic ended, unfortunately, I had no time for my candles anymore. Looking back at it, I loved having my small business, and I am really proud of myself for creating such a concept at a young age. Given I still have 3kg of soy wax in my childhood bedroom at my parent’s house, I still might make a candle or two in the future.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT - MARKET RESEARCH - PERSONAL BRANDING
In the summer of 2024, I was chosen to be part of the Mattoni Eagles program, organized by the biggest beverage company in the Czech Republic - Mattoni 1873. It was a two-week educational program full of presentations and workshops from experts about marketing, sustainability, project management, and innovations. We also worked in teams on a project for Mattoni 1873. This program was incredibly valuable to me and it introduced me to the beverage market, especially the market with natural mineral waters. I am very proud of the project we created, however, I have signed an NDA and I am unable to share any further information.
SOCIAL MEDIA
DESIGN - PLANNING - COMMUNICATION
Creating social media content is more of a hobby for me than a career focus, but I’m always looking to improve my skills. While it's not the field I plan to pursue, I do help with social media management from time to time. I first managed social media in 2021 for GOMUN, an international conference for students. Then, I created a social media content proposal for Jojo’s, a beauty studio in The Hague. Most recently, I worked on content for BRUDRA, a Czech company that specializes in workwear and sportswear.
